Warm Broccoli Soup
An extremely healthy and tasty soup, it is a great option especially for the winter months.
Method
It is one of the easiest recipes. (For serving two people)
1.First lightly steam 6-8 large size broccoli heads.
2.Then add the steamed broccoli with ?avocado, 1/3 red onion, 1 celery stick, handful of spinach and an inch of ginger in a blender.
3.After blending all these ingredients, just add garlic, pepper and salt to the mixture while heating.
This is an excellent detox soup full of nutrients.
Vegetable Juice
A highly recommended breakfast juice, it is very good for stimulating the digestive system and maintaining a high energy level in the body.
Method
For serving two people:
1.Take one whole cucumber, 4 sticks of celery, 2-4 handfuls of spinach, 8 lettuce leaves, parsley and fresh alfalfa sprouts.
2.Mix all these ingredients and juice them.
3.Add distilled water to the juice extracted along with lemon juice to taste.
Starting the day with this vegetable juice can keep the individual fresh and active for the entire day.
Kiwi, Avocado & Spring Onion Salad
Method
1.Peel and cut the kiwi into small pieces and mix them with finely chopped spring onions.
2.Now to prepare the dressing, take lime juice, olive oil, honey and black pepper in a screw top jar and shake all these ingredients well.
3.Add salt (if required) after shaking.
4.Pour this mixture on top of the cut kiwi and spring onions and leave for 30 min.
5.Finally, add chunks of avocado to the mixture such that they are well soaked in the dressing.
This salad is rich in vitamins and extremely healthy detox food.
