For 10 days, you drink six to 12 glasses of a water, lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper tonic. No solid food is allowed. Depending on how many glasses of the tonic you consume, you’ll be getting 650 to 1,300 calories a day. At that rate, weight loss takes place very quickly. Losing 3 lbs. or more a week is possible. Much of that weight, however, is water weight.

2) How to do The Master Cleanse * Lemonade Diet Printable PDF

The Master Cleanse consists of a strict daily regimen consisting of a morning salt water flush, 6 to12 10oz glasses of Master Cleanse lemonade mixture, and a nightly laxative tea.

During the fast, the calories and nutrients in your regular diet are replaced by those from the specially prepared lemonade, which must be taken a minimum of 6 times a day.
